Terms of Service:

In order to register for Resilience Conference (the “Event”), you agree to provide certain personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number and company affiliation) to Resilience Conference for the benefit of its brand Resilience Conference (“Resilience Conference”, “we” or “our”), our participating partners and/or sponsors, if any, and our third party event platform provider(s) and other service providers to facilitate registration and Event logistics and communications.  Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by Resilience Conference’s Privacy Policy. The foregoing Privacy Policies are hereby incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by this reference.

Communications about Other Products or Services:

Resilience Conference may use the personal information you provide to contact you with information about other products and services that may be of interest to you. Our use of your information is governed by the Resilience Conference Privacy Policy.

Conduct:

  • You agree to comply with the Resilience Conference Code of Conduct and any rules established by Resilience Conference and the Event venue, including without limitation health and safety protocols.

  • You are not authorized to host or organize an event in connection with or relating to the Event or Resilience Conference without our prior written consent in each instance.

  • You acknowledge that you are not authorized to use, and have no right to use, any Resilience Conference company trademark(s), logo(s), service mark(s), trade name(s), and/or legal notice(s) without our prior written consent in each instance.

  • When using any applications in connection with the Event, including third-party applications for Event registration and logistics, you will not (i) make available viruses or any other computer code, files, programs or content designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the applications or affect other users; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the applications or servers, systems or networks connected to the applications in any way; or (iii) access or collect data, or attempt to access or collect data, from the applications using any automated means, devices, programs, algorithms or methodologies, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, data mining tools, or data gathering or extraction tools, for any purpose without our express, prior written permission.

  • Violations of these policies could result in ejection from the Event and revoking of credentials without reimbursement.

Ticket & Badge Policies:

By registering for the Event(s), you agree that each pass is applicable to the single person registered for that pass.

  • We have the right to cancel purchased tickets if we determine that the tickets were obtained in breach or violation of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise fraudulently or wrongfully, or are being resold without authorization.

  • The first and last name on a badge/ticket must match the name on the badge holder/ticket holder’s government-issued photo ID. All attendees are required to have their pass/badge and government-issued photo ID on them at all times during the Event(s) (not just during registration). If at any time the name on the badge does not match the name on the ID, access to the Event and Event venue may be revoked without refund or reimbursement.

  • We have the right to cancel purchased tickets, with or without refund, or revoke badges and/or access to the Event and Event venue if it is deemed an individual is not a national of a NATO or Partner country.

  • Badges are the property of Resilience Conference and can be confiscated or revoked at any time.

Minors:

Attendees who are minors (persons younger than 18 years old) must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is 18 years or older  who is legally authorized (e.g., the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or another adult who is authorized by such minor’s legal parent or guardian) to take legal responsibility for the minor.  For the avoidance of doubt, the ticket and badge policies apply to minors. Please note that some events and parties are only accessible to attendees who are 21 and over as indicated on the event registration page.  Some event content may contain mature themes that may not be suitable for minors. The minor’s parent or legal guardian is  responsible for managing and reviewing content and themes to see if it is suitable for the minor before, during, and/or after the Event(s).  If you are registering for the Event(s) on behalf of a minor, you warrant and represent that you are duly authorized to agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of such minor.

Event(s) Content:

Resilience Conference is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties relating to, the content or accuracy of speakers’ statements, presentations, or sessions, including any expert or professional content provided during the Event(s).  Such content does not purport to reflect the opinions or view of Resilience Conference or imply an endorsement or recommendation by Resilience Conference. Resilience Conference is not responsible for any liability associated with such content.

Recording Policy:

You acknowledge that the Event(s) will be live streamed and/or recorded (including without limitation, photographed, audiotaped, videotaped, filmed, or recorded in written form) and may be made available for later viewing (in Resilience Conference’s sole discretion). You acknowledge that all Event activities and attendees may be included in such recordings, and by participating in the Event(s), you irrevocably consent to being recorded in the manner set forth above and simultaneously live streamed/broadcast or included in recordings for later viewing, and you agree to release Resilience Conference and users of such recordings from liability or loss or damage to persons or property or for infringement of any rights. If you have indicated a desire not to be recorded in your registration form, we will endeavor to respect your request to the degree that is possible knowing parts of the event will be recorded. If you have indicated your approval for photography taken of you in your registration form, you expressly authorize and permit use of your name, likeness, image and voice and all reproductions thereof throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without any compensation. You acknowledge that Resilience Conference is the exclusive owner of the live stream and recordings and any proceeds related thereto. The live stream and recordings are for Resilience Conference’s or its licensees’ use only.  You agree not to make your own recordings of the Event.

Only those with prior and express approval from Resilience Conference will be permitted to record video or take photographs at the Event. All others attending this event will not be permitted to take video or photographs while on premises at the Event nor at any of its affiliated side events. Those violating this will be subject to removal from the Event and Event badge revoked without refund or reimbursement.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • All registration fees are nonrefundable when you register for the Event.

  • If you receive a promotion or discount directly from Resilience Conference (e.g., through the Resilience Conference website, newsletter, or a Resilience Conference advertisement) on a pass type that you have already purchased, we will refund the total price difference, provided that:

    • you paid more than the current promotional offer rate;

    • the request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date by emailing hello@resilienceconference.io with proof of the promotion or offer (screenshot, email, etc.); and

    • the request is in conjunction with a current and live promotional offer that applies to your specific ticket type(s) purchased on resilienceconference.io.

If you are unable to attend the Event, you may have the option to transfer your ticket to another person who is eligible for the same ticket type, subject to our internal vetting and approval of that person attending. All replacement attendees will need to be reviewed and approved by conference organizers prior to ticket transfer. If a replacement attendee for a ticket transfer is not approved, the purchase will continue to be non-refundable nor reimbursable.
