Grace is co-founder of CyLon Ventures, a Board member at 1011 Ventures, and recognised by Fortune Magazine as a Top 13 security investor globally. She was appointed by the UK Defence Secretary as an external reviewer on the UK's 2025 Strategic Defence Review. She is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House, and a Council Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years in the UK Diplomatic Service. Between 2004-06, she was a foreign policy adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair in 10 Downing Street.
