Kerry is co-founder and Managing Partner at IQC, an early-stage VC firm with $1bn under management. With 28 years leading deep-tech venture, she specialises in adoption and commercialisation across defence, dual-use, cybersecurity, neurotech, data infrastructure, and regulatory technologies and supporting founders with their growth ambitions from seed to exit.

Alongside investing, Kerry contributes widely to the UK’s innovation and policy agenda and is a trusted expert addressing complex private capital concerns: She is a Member of the Defence Industrial Joint Council, Member of the Defence and Economic Growth Taskforce, Chair DIAG ‘Defence Investors Advisory Group, Vice-Chair at The University of Plymouth, Member of the Competitiveness Advisory Board at the City of London Corporation, and she is also an Independent Investment Committee Member at the British Business Bank for direct technology investments. Kerry was Chair of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association in 2021/22, and Chair of the Mansion House Pension & Private Capital Expert Panel 23/24/25, focused on unlocking £50bn of DC capital a Council Member and she remains active in numerous government workstreams across EMT, defence, economic growth and private capital. She was named European Investor of the Year (2023) and is an Honorary Fellow in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge University
