Mart Noorma is a co-founder of Darkstar Ventures Fund and Professor of Space and Defence Technologies of the University of Tartu. He has led innovation and technology development in different roles as the Director of NATO CCDCOE, the R&D Director of Milrem Robotics, a member of the NATO EDT Advisory Group, NATO STO Applied Vehicle Panel etc.
