Samuel was previously a Senior Investment Partner at NSSIF, a UK government fund focused on investing in technologies advancing national security, and a Royal Marine prior to that. He completed an MBA at INSEAD and has 8 years of venture investing experience gained at Octopus Ventures, NKB Group and NSSIF.
