Sille is the CEO of SmartCap, Estonian state backed investment company focused on venture capital and growth investments with total assets under management close to EUR 500 million.

At SmartCap, she is leading the investments of three multi-strategy funds - SmartCap Venture Capital Fund backing emerging regional venture capital funds to diversify capital supply, SmartCap Green Fund dedicated to green transition and SmartCap Defence Fund to bolster growth and innovation in defence industry.

Sille has 19 years of experience in asset management as an investment executive. Previously, she was responsible for management of alternative investments in pension funds at Swedbank Investment Funds and managing a fund of funds for HNWIs at Hansa Private Equity Partners.

She serves as a board member of the Estonian Venture Capital Association.
