Vijay Sekhara

Vijay serves as the Program Director for ScaleWolf, an accelerator and venture capital fund based out of Lithuania that supports dual-use startups aligned with NATO emerging and disruptive technologies with strategic partnerships, customer discovery, and investment opportunities. Prior to this role, he was at MassChallenge, a non-profit startup accelerator where he managed strategic partnerships and designed accelerator programs in the defense, human performance, climate, and energy spaces.

Vijay also supported the design and implementation of the curriculum and mentorship program in 2023, for the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) and led the launch of its site in Boston. Prior to the innovation world, his career was in oil & gas, working for Linde plc in Houston providing industrial gas services for partners in the medical, semiconductor, space, and petrochemical industries. Vijay resides in New York City and holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut.
